"Words cannot fully encompass my gratitude for Laura and the Living Potential Guide. Before I started the LPG I was experiencing many psychosomatic symptoms that were negatively impacting my daily functioning, both physically and mentally. I was unable to eat, exercise (even just to go on a short walk), extremely fatigued and needed to take 2-3 naps a day on top of a full night's sleep, had intense brain fog and was unable to focus on anything. I was debilitated and I needed help. Initially, I was intimidated about signing up for a 90-day wellness program as it seemed like a big undertaking - I had done several other health programs previously, the longest having been two months, and I wasn't sure I could stay engaged in a program for 90 days.

However, I knew I needed to improve my life drastically and I decided to make the commitment to the LPG. I'm so glad I did! Once I started, the 90 days went by much faster than I anticipated, and I was able to understand the intentional benefit of participating in a lengthy program. Laura's gentle approach to coaching and having me focus on small improvements over time was imperative to my health success. She took the time to understand exactly where I was at and what I was struggling with, and gave me personalized guidance in a non-judgemental, loving and supportive manner. She also helped me recognize that the guilt and shame I put on myself for not being at the place I thought I was supposed to be at was not aiding my wellness, only hindering it further. Once I was able to see my healing from this new perspective, I started to see major improvements in my mental and physical well being.

The LPG provides a wealth of incredibly useful information about nutrition, herbalism and a multitude of self-care techniques, just to name a few! I initially thought I knew a decent amount about nutrition, but realized that I didn't know about nutrition specifically for my fatigue and anxiety. This program helped me SO MUCH to get my eating habits back on track and allowed my body to feel nourished without discomfort. Having now completed the program, I am so happy to share that I can eat 3 nutritious (and delicious!) meals a day, I am able and motivated to take 30 min walks almost daily, I no longer need to take naps during the day, I actually have energy and have developed a normal sleeping pattern. What I am most proud of though - my brain fog has cleared to the point where I was able to update my resume, go through interviews and get a full-time job at an amazing company. As someone who has not had a job in over two years, all the benefits I am now seeing as a result of the LPG are beyond all expectations I had for this program. I would not be where I am today without Laura and the LPG.

 I was struggling with chronic anxiety and depression for over ten years. On top of this I developed Epstein-Barr/ Mono a couple of years ago which had a big impact on my energy levels and my ability to work for around a year. It has affected my self-esteem, energy levels, personal relationships, my academic studies and my ability to either hold down a job, or to perform well consistently in a job. I struggled with my energy levels, sleep patterns, debilitating anxiety, fatigue and my ability to focus or concentrate. The Living Potential Guide helped me start to address key factors in my life which have contributed to feeling this way. The way that the course is structured is fantastic. It looks at so many areas of how you are living your life (it really is holistic) and gives you the knowledge and tools in order to start healing.

The approach is also really methodical and although there are a lot of resources and practices to try and to integrate, the pace is really well suited for someone who is perhaps struggling with fatigue issues. For me, Laura’s gentle and understanding manner also really helped and she helped me reach some big realisations, which have really helped me take back my life. The fact that Laura has experienced so many of the issues that the course covers made me feel understood and not alone. 

This course allowed me to make some big breakthroughs and I have decided to continue to work with Laura in order to help me continue with the progress that her course has helped me to make. I have not experienced any big energy crashes since following this course, and in general I am much better at managing anxiety levels. I am sleeping and eating better and integrate several of the healing practices encourage by the LPG into my daily life. I am much more able to focus and concentrate and no longer feel like I’m running on adrenaline. Moreover, I have been getting better at setting boundaries for myself and others in my life and am learning to pace myself more. One of the key things that the LPG taught me was the real value of self-care. 

To any women who are struggling with the health issues that the LPG addresses, I would encourage you to go for it. All of the women who committed to this course and its practices experienced some really profound changes in their health over the three months. Although I initially perceived it as a lot of money, I now believe that it was a really worthwhile investment, and there was a lot more content than I had initially perceived (in a good way). Committing to the LPG was a commitment to myself and my healing journey. It allowed me to make breakthroughs that have had a huge impact on my life and it would be amazing if you could experience the same.
